Baliyang Outdoors rents private land in Ontario: farmland at Moonbeam in the Cochrane District, a drive-in site at South Stormont, and bush for hunting and fishing at McMurrich/Monteith in the Parry Sound District. We're part of the Baliyang Entertainment Inc. family, the same people behind Baliyang Entertainment Inc.'s land acquisitions and dispositions.
We don't shuffle people through generic packages. Every rental is arranged individually. Every rental property is land we know and stand behind.
Three Properties,
Three Uses
The Moonbeam parcel is working farmland: more than 90 farmable acres, leased by the acre on a one-year term.
The South Stormont site is 1.46 acres you can drive straight into. It is unserviced, so it suits a self-contained trailer or an overnight stop, booked by the night.
The McMurrich/Monteith lot is 50 acres of bush in the Parry Sound District, with a river running through it. Access is seasonal and there are no services, so it suits a party that brings its own camp. Taken by the season.

Everything we operate on is private land: no public ground, no shared access, no lottery draws. The land has been acquired, vetted, and managed to a single standard. You're not competing with anyone else for the spot.

We rent the same properties our parent company acquires. If we're renting it to you, we've been on it. We know what's there.

Pricing is discussed upfront. Access conditions are disclosed. What you're told on the call is what you get when you arrive. No exceptions.

Everything we offer is on private land. No public grounds, no shared boat launches, no crowded rifle ranges. You're the only group on that property that day.

Two Ways In
Baliyang Outdoors and Baliyang Entertainment Inc. operate on the same land, to the same standard. Rent the property through Outdoors, then buy it through Entertainment. Or buy it first and ask us to manage the access.
